Document identification field

Document templates have new Document template identifier-field. Document template identifier can be used in searches (as an alternative name for document template). It can also be used as built-in meta field, and used e.g. in document surface.

Support several organizations for Visma Sign

Visma Sign integration supports now configuration of many Visma Sign organizations. If there are more than one organization configured in Portal, user is required to select organization during the digital signature process.

Status for phrases, images, slide collections and attachments

Phrases, Images, Slide collections and attachments now have Status similar to document templates. With status admins can control visibility of given content.

New status: Draft

There is new Draft-status in addition to current Active and Archived statuses.

Draft content is only shown in draft mode, even if it is published. End-users without admin roles don’t see content until it’s status is changed to Active and new version published.

Multiline metafield

Metafields can now be marked as multiline. Multiline fields support text with line breaks.
