Data tables

Admins can now define data tables based on existing data source entries.
Data tables support filter columns and data columns, with filters either user-managed or based on document metadata.

Using the Content Tool, admins can insert data table placeholders that are automatically populated during document creation.

Attachments in digital signature

Added support for including PDF attachments in the digital signature process. Attachments are configured via Kameleon Portal.

Statistics and draft-mode

Previously, events created in draft mode were excluded from statistics. Draft mode events are now collected and can optionally be included in statistics via the Kameleon Portal.

API

Extended public API with support for:

  • Retrieving layout templates with last modified information

  • Downloading layout template binaries

  • Accessing metadata definitions for content

  • Fetching list values (including SharePoint term sets via API credentials)
