Administrators can now manage email templates directly within the Kameleon Portal. This new capability makes it easier to customise, update, and maintain system-generated emails from a single, centralised location.

Email templates follow the same publishing workflow, ensuring templates are approved before becoming available to all users.

Outlook

End users can create compliant emails based on approved templates, ensuring consistency and adherence to organisational standards.
