Content tool
Create new content directly from Content Tool
Admin users can create new documents, phrases, layout templates, slides, and footers directly within the Content Tool. Any open Office document can also be saved as new content by accessing the Create menu from the toolbar.

This feature can be used e.g. to open existing content and save it as new after modifications.
Create new document user experience is simplified in Content Tool. You can access all features in Kameleon Portal for newly created document.
Quick publish
Updating content in Content Tools now involves two steps. When the Update File-button is clicked on the toolbar, the Update Panel appears, allowing the user to confirm the update.
Users also have the option to select Quick Publish from the panel. With Quick Publish, content administrators can immediately share updates with all users, eliminating the need for a separate publishing step in the Portal.

Simplified navigation for placeholders
Placeholders are now displayed in a unified tree structure with a search function, making it easy to locate the desired placeholder by either searching or navigating through the tree.

Phrase placeholders
Admins can insert phrase placeholders into Word documents, which will automatically be replaced with the corresponding phrase when the document is generated.
