Outlook add-in

The Kameleon Outlook add-in is now available, bringing your organization’s managed assets directly into your email workflow. This update allows users to maintain brand consistency and technical accuracy without leaving the Outlook interface.

Features

This initial release of the Kameleon Outlook add-in provides the core functionality listed below. These features are designed to integrate your Kameleon Portal assets directly into your daily communication workflow.

• Phrases: Access and insert existing Phrases from the Kameleon Portal directly into your message while composing.

• Images: Insert approved images from the Kameleon Portal directly into the body of an email.

• Attachments: Select and attach PDF files and other managed documents from the Kameleon Portal directly to your email.

• Document Templates: Generate and attach managed Word, Excel, or PowerPoint templates directly to an email from the Kameleon library.
