Phrase Support in Word for Non-Kameleon Documents

Phrases are now available for use in Microsoft Word documents that are not managed through Kameleon. This enhancement allows users to leverage predefined phrases across a broader range of document types, improving consistency and efficiency in content creation.

SharePoint term descriptions

When using SharePoint term sets as a list source, Kameleon now displays both the term title and its description in the dropdown menu presented to end users. The description provides additional context to aid selection, while only the term title is used in the generated document.
