Email templates

Email templates are configured in portal and are available to users in the Kameleon Outlook add-in. Email templates can be categorized in Portal the same way as document templates.

Email templates are redefined to use a Word document templates and in that way the content is exactly the same. An email template can also be defined with

• Subject

• Recipients

• Cc

• Bcc
