Attachments

WORD EXCEL POWERPOINT OUTLOOK

Attachments are ready-made content uploaded to the portal in pdf format. Attachments can be used in Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as in Outlook emails. Attachments are also available in Visma Sign signatures. Attachments can be categorized in Portal the same way as document templates.

The attachment can also be defined with

• Name

• ID (visible to the user in the user interface)

• Description
