File Validation

Portal and content Tool will validate all files created or updated by the user. The following validations will be performed:

• File Size:

  • ⛔ Files exceeding 50MB will no longer be processed.

  • ⚠️ Files larger than 10MB will generate a warning for the user.

• File Type:

  • ⛔ Only non-encrypted Office files will be approved.

• ActiveX controls

  • ⛔ Files must not contain ActiveX controls.

Validation panel is only shown if there are validation warnings or errors
