What's the difference between header and bodytext content controls
If content control is located in document header or footer Kameleon will always clear the placeholder text automatically.

How to edit content control placeholder text
In Developer tab activate design mode
Edit placeholder text. Placeholder text cannot be empty. If you want to clear it one space must exists
Exit Design mode and publish content
Disable remove personal information notification
The reason you are seeing this notification about personal information removal is caused by a setting in Word that automatically removes specific details from a document when it is saved.
If you want this notification to no longer appear, click change setting or go to Trust Center > Privacy Options and uncheck the setting.
