Users belonging to the business-owner group can see the statistics, but cannot make any updates in the portal

Content control

Layout template

Logo

A logo is an image file that can be assigned a location and size in a document. Logos are defined for companies and can be assigned different language versions.

Metadata

Metadata is information about data. In Office documents, it usually means document summary information, custom properties, and custom XML parts. These allow data to be integrated into different systems, such as SharePoint.

Metagroup

A group to which metafields can be assigned. Metagroups can be assigned to document categories as default values ​​or directly to documents. Groups help reuse defined data
