EU data boundary
Microsoft completed its EU Data Boundary implementation in February 2025, ensuring that customer data and pseudonymized personal data for Microsoft 365 and most Azure services are stored and processed within EU/EFTA regions.
Commitment to Data Residency
Kameleon is fully aligned with Microsoft’s EU Data Boundary principles. All core services—including App Service, SQL Database, Storage, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, and Redis—are hosted in Microsoft Azure West Europe, ensuring that customer data remains within the EU/EEA region.
Global Services Disclosure
To optimize performance, Kameleon uses Azure Front Door exclusively as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) for static product assets (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
No customer data is cached or processed globally.
Customer Data Handling
Kameleon does not store sensitive personal data within its platform.
Generated documents remain in customer-controlled environments such as SharePoint or OneDrive.
All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, with strict access controls and multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts.
