Publish PDF

User can publish PDF to the same location where active document is stored (e.g. SharePoint or Teams). Metadata is also updated according to active document

Convert document PREVIEW

User can recreate document with convert document functionality.

  • Legacy Kameleon documents will be converted to be compatible with current version

  • When e.g. layout templates are used to manage brand for documents, convert document will recreate the document with latest brand.

  • Author can be changed for current document

NOTE: Convert document will not modify the existing document, but creates new document

NOTE: Converted document is sent to Kameleon API and processed there

Possibility to disable layout defaults

Admin can now lock layout selections for content so that selection cannot be changed by client user.

Admin can now open and edit following contents easily with content tool

  • Word footers

  • Layout templates

  • Phrases
