File validation

The Portal and Content Tool will validate all files updated by the user. In the December version, the following validations will be performed:

• File Size:

  • Files exceeding 50MB will no longer be processed.

  • Files larger than 10MB will generate a warning for the user.

• File Type:

  • Only non-encrypted Office files will be approved.

Upcoming versions will include context-sensitive validation rules to ensure the document adheres to best practices.

Validation panel is only shown if there are validation warnings or errors

Detailed statistics

User has now possibility to open all stats for given subject.
